　　help (sb) with sth:

　　I’m going to help with the housework.

　　我打算幫忙做家務。

　　help (to) do sth:

　　She helped (to) organize the party.

　　她協(xié)助籌備了這次聚會。

　　help sb (to) do sth:

　　She helped me (to) improve my English.

　　她幫助我提高英語水平。

　　● cannot help (doing) sth / cannot help but do sth 忍不住做某事

　　● help oneself (to) 自用 (食物等)；擅自取用 (……)

　　● help (sb) out 幫助 (某人) 克服困難；幫 (某人) 一把
